Here at Paradigm's Magic Lantern Paper Products, we work very hard to give our clients the
best service possible. By earning your trust, which facilitates the ease of working together, we
have been successful at building satisfying and secure relationships. The guidelines below
have been created to save a great deal of time, money and energy:

1. All our designs, which use movies and still photography, remain our property. Like a good
magic trick, once the secrets have been revealed, others may try and copy. After purchase,
the concept is always explained to the clients.

2. We often attract clients who become our friends while working with us. Please insure that
whomever you select is a person who will work well with us, and we will reciprocate.

3. Our design projects start with pencil ideation (sketching) and finish with printing. Some
assembly is normally required. The unusual qualities of these magic structures require our
close, personal attention for all production steps, from sketches to printing, to models and
finished goods.

4.

A good estimate of completion for a project is 30 to 50 days, depending on the degree of
complexity in accomplishing our goals. Please plan accordingly.

5. Your wish is our command. By all means, be critical and make changes where you deem
necessary, however, please be constructive in your criticism and thrifty with your changes.
Every change costs money, so think carefully, decide exactly what you want and make
all your changes at one time... and please, not at the last minute! Compliments are
always appreciated.

6. Since the inventive/proprietary nature of our products is high, we design AND
produce each one in its entirety. This includes all artwork, film, printing,
finishing and reruns.

7. Everything we produce for you is subject to your approval. This decision making process
is smoothest when kept simple. Decision making by a committee has proven repeatedly,
to be a waste of the client's time and money. Please, appoint ONE PERSON with authority,
to make all changes and to approve all artwork, etc.
